Thai-Style Seafood Boil with Spicy Sauce

A flavorful and spicy seafood feast, perfect for a gathering.

Ingredients:

For the Seafood:

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound mussels, cleaned
  • 1 pound clams, cleaned
  • 1 pound squid, cleaned and cut into rings
  • 1 pound fish fillets, cut into chunks
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • Fresh herbs (cilantro, basil, mint)  

Spicy Sauce: Pinnto Thai Green Spicy Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Seafood:

    • Bring the pot to a boil over high heat.
    • Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until the seafood is cooked through, about 5-10 minutes.
    • Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  2. Serve:

    • Drain the seafood and transfer to a large bowl.
    • Pour the Pinnto Thai Green Spicy sauce over the seafood and toss to coat.
    • Garnish with fresh herbs.

Tips:
