
Thai Spicy Glass Noodle Salad (Yum Woon Sen)

A vibrant and refreshing salad with a perfect balance of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavors.
Ingredients:
- 1 bundle dried glass noodles
- 10-12 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup chopped mushroom
- Pinnto Thai Green Spicy Sauce (Dressing)
Instructions:

Prepare the Noodles:
- Soak the glass noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes, or until softened.
- Drain and set aside. -
Cook the Protein:
- Shrimp: Boil the shrimp in salted water for 2-3 minutes, or until cooked through. Drain and set aside.
- Ground Pork: Sauté the ground pork in a pan over medium heat until cooked through. Drain off any excess fat.
- Mushroom: Boil the mushroom in water for 2-3 minutes, or until cooked through. Drain and set aside. -
Assemble the Salad:
- In a large bowl, combine the glass noodles, cooked shrimp, ground pork, mushroom, red onion, cilantro, and green onion.
